12th June 2006 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: W Wind Stength: 20-25 knots Surf / Sea State: 1-2 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 15ºC Sea Temperature: 17ºC Weather: Sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: An unexpected wind arrived as I was cooking tea, so I ate that along with half a bottle of wine, but the wind was still there so I just had to go out. Quickly loaded the wheelbarrow and went out with my new 5m sail. Not really quite enough wind in the onshore conditions, I did get going, but then snapped a harness line so nothing great.. I need to get my 5.7m sail repaired. Chirs was out and going well with his 11m Sonic. |
